The June 2022 issue of the Dublin Economic Monitor was launched on June 17th, with the event centred around the themes of inflation and urban regeneration.
Below is a video of the launch which took place in Grant Thornton’s offices in Dublin. Proceedings were opened by Lord Mayor Alison Gilliland, followed by Grant Thornton‘s Chief Economist Andrew Webb who gave his views on inflation, housing and Dublin’s overall economic performance. Jamie Cudden mediated a panel discussion composed of Danny McCoy (CEO, Ibec), Margaret Fleming (Independent Non-Executive Director, Real Estate) and Mick Mulhern (Director of Land Use, Planning & Transportation, South Dublin County Council). Topics discussed included land use within Dublin, urban regeneration and the City Edge Project.
